What's Latest On School Renovation vs Consolidation

What's up on the school issue? Heard the Consolidation voices are being heard loud & clear by the board of supervisors. Taxpayers apparentley don't want to foot the bill for an ill advised, stripped down renovation project, would prefer to get more bang for thier bucks with new / fewer schools. Any new info?

I had not heard anything new IMHO the whole consolidate/no consolidate will be bounced around a lot more before any renovate/consolidate plan is put into action. I agree that the BOS seems more pro Consolidation and we all know that the SB was voted into office in order to prevent consolidation which leads me to believe that THIS SB will never vote for consolidation and the BOS will never free up the money for renovation when it will cost as much or more than 3 new schools. So I think nothing will be done this year at least.
